What is true today about your data
A company asking for your financial accounts owes you exact answers. This page gives them: where your data is held, who can reach it, and what the engine will never do with it.

What the engine will never do
The data boundary
- Your financial accounts are analysed for you alone. They are not pooled into a dataset shared across customers.
- No score about one company is built from another company's data. What the engine says about a counterparty of yours comes from your financial accounts and from nothing else.
- Nothing derived from your data is sold, licensed or shown to any third party.
- The engine supports a decision and never makes one. It produces no credit limit, no approve-or-decline verdict, and no decision on your behalf.
- Nothing moves money. There is no payment code and no payment credential anywhere in the product.
Why these are constraints, not lines
These are constraints on how the engine is built, not marketing lines. They are also what keeps the engine outside the perimeter of any regulated activity.
Where the data is
Where your data is held
Your data stays in Saudi Arabia. Everything you send through this site is held in databases inside the Kingdom: requests, complaints, contact messages, accounts, and conversations with the site assistant.
Conversations with the site assistant are kept for 180 days from the last message, then deleted automatically.
Access to that data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
Personal data protection
We collect as little as we can: what you type into a form, what you say to the site assistant, and the technical data any visit produces.
Marketing contact rests on your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link.

What invoice verification proves
A cleared e-invoice in Saudi Arabia carries a cryptographic stamp and a hash chain. The engine checks both, where an invoice is a cleared e-invoice.
What that proves: the document is authentic, and the seller's invoice sequence is intact.
What it does not prove: that the invoice has not been presented somewhere else. Nothing in the stamp carries that information.
Complaints
Every complaint gets a published channel, a reference number, a stated deadline, and a route to escalate if our answer does not satisfy you.
The channel is open now, before the engine has customers: anything about this site, about how we handle your data, or about a marketing message you received from us.
