What we will publish, and when
There are no figures on this page today, and that is deliberate.
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Why you see no numbers
The engine has no customers yet, so there is no operating period to report on. Any figure here today would be invented, and a number that never happened is worse than none.
This page stays free of figures until there are real operations behind them and a method that can be checked.
The first report follows the first full quarter with customers on the engine, and appears here with its date, its source and the method behind every measure.
Planned reports
This is a list of intent, not results. Each one publishes with a written definition of the measure and how it is calculated, so the figures stay comparable between periods.
Availability and incidents
Cadence: Quarterly
Uptime of the engine, material security incidents, outages and recovery times, with the definition of each.
Data residency
Cadence: On change, and at least annually
Where customer data is held, and the date of any change. It is in Saudi Arabia today.
Complaints
Cadence: Half-yearly
Complaints received, deadline compliance, median time to close, and the share escalated.
Access and data requests
Cadence: Half-yearly
Requests to access, export or delete data, and the median time to complete them.
Security posture
Cadence: Annual
Which planned controls went live, the date of any independent test, and any certification obtained, with its scope.
Scoring changes
Cadence: Quarterly
Changes to how a score is computed, what moved and why, so a score from one period can be read against the next.
